UPMAX INC provides press-release intake, editorial review, provider distribution coordination, public newsrooms, and distribution reporting. Distribution availability, outlet participation, pickup timing, indexing, ranking, referral traffic, and business results are not guaranteed.
You must provide complete and accurate company, contact, billing, and release information and remain responsible for every statement, claim, media asset, link, and instruction submitted through your account.
Accounts and authority
You must be authorized to act for every organization you create or manage. Keep credentials confidential and promptly remove people who should no longer have access. We may suspend access to protect customers, providers, the public, or the service.
Orders and editorial review
Payment does not guarantee approval or publication. Releases may be returned for revision or rejected when they are unsupported, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, outside provider requirements, or inconsistent with our editorial and acceptable-use policies.
Material changes after approval may require renewed review, additional cost, a changed publication date, or a new order.
Payments and subscriptions
One-time prices, recurring amount and interval, taxes, discounts, and renewal terms are disclosed before Stripe Checkout confirmation. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Customers can cancel online through the Billing portal; cancellation normally prevents future renewal and does not retroactively refund completed billing periods.
Prepaid or subscription credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the purchasing organization, and may be reversed after a refund, dispute, chargeback, or payment failure.
Customer content and licenses
You retain ownership of submitted content. You grant us, the fulfillment engine, and selected distribution providers the permissions reasonably necessary to edit, format, reproduce, transmit, publish, archive, and report on that content. You confirm that you hold all required rights, releases, permissions, and substantiation.
Service changes and liability
Providers, packages, outlet networks, schedules, and features may change. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability and indirect or consequential damages are excluded. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
