Before editorial or provider work
Contact [email protected] promptly if an order was placed in error. A full or partial refund may be available when editorial work, custom preparation, or provider submission has not begun.
After work begins
Editorial labor, rush work, custom preparation, and provider fees already incurred may be non-refundable. Once a release has been transmitted to or accepted by a distribution provider, publication and provider costs generally cannot be reversed, although we will correct verified processing errors where reasonably possible.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be canceled online through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation applies to future renewals. Unused credits and the treatment of the current billing period are governed by the offer disclosed at checkout and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Refund effects
Refunded purchases may reverse unused credits. A release already paid with a redeemed credit may require alternative payment or cancellation. Approved refunds return through the original payment method and timing is controlled by Stripe and the financial institution.
Disputes
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback so order, provider, and refund records can be reviewed. Fraudulent use, duplicate charges, service failure, and legally protected refund rights will be handled according to applicable law.
