FAIRFAX, VA — October 5, 2026 — Kitchen Design Center (KDC) Fairfax, a design-build remodeling company with more than 25 years of experience in the region, today announced an expansion of its bathroom remodeling services, with a focus on custom vanity design and installation for homeowners across Northern Virginia.
The announcement follows the company’s September expansion of its kitchen remodeling services, which added new cabinetry lines, countertop materials, and design-build options at its Fairfax showroom. The bathroom expansion extends the same in-house approach to vanities, showers, tile, and flooring.
Under the expanded program, homeowners can plan custom bathroom vanities using cabinetry from the lines displayed in the KDC showroom, including StarMark, Fabuwood, Waypoint, Mantra, J&K Cabinetry, and 21st Century Cabinetry. Vanity tops can be selected from eight surface brands, among them Cambria, Silestone, Caesarstone, Dekton, MSI Surfaces, Astra Surfaces, Venezia Surfaces, and LX Hausys. Coordinating cabinetry and countertop selections in one location is intended to help homeowners match vanity finishes, storage, and surface materials to the rest of the bathroom design.
Vanity work is available as a standalone update or as part of a full bathroom remodel. Full remodels can include shower remodeling with tile and glass enclosures, bathroom tile installation, and new flooring. Because design, cabinetry, countertops, and installation are handled by the company’s own team, homeowners work with a single point of contact from planning through completion rather than coordinating several separate contractors.
KDC follows a four-step process for bathroom projects. Work begins with a consultation to review the homeowner’s goals, needs, and budget. The design and approval stage follows, during which layouts are refined and material selections are finalized. The build phase is carried out by the company’s licensed installation team, and each project closes with a final walkthrough to review the completed work with the homeowner.
The Fairfax location serves as both a design studio and a working showroom, allowing homeowners to compare cabinet door styles, vanity finishes, and countertop samples in person before committing to a design. Consultations and estimates are offered at no charge.
Kitchen Design Center serves homeowners throughout Fairfax and surrounding Northern Virginia communities, including Vienna, Oakton, McLean, Tysons, Annandale, Burke, Springfield, Centreville, Falls Church, Arlington, and Alexandria. In addition to kitchens and bathrooms, the company provides custom cabinetry for closets, laundry rooms, mudrooms, home offices, and garages, along with basement remodeling and cabinet refacing.
