WASHINGTON, D.C. — October 5, 2026 — Pannello Home Interiors, a designer-led cabinetry and interiors studio based in Georgetown, today announced a broader custom kitchen cabinet program for homeowners in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. The update adds expanded finish options, integrated appliance planning, and coordinated countertop design to the company’s existing kitchen service.

The announcement follows the company’s September expansion of its cabinetry and Custom Closets Washington DC services, which extended closet systems, wallpaper, and wall panel work across the metropolitan area. The new kitchen program applies the same made-to-measure approach to one of the most frequently renovated rooms in the home.

Under the program, Pannello’s Kitchen Cabinets are drawn for the specific room they will occupy rather than adapted from fixed factory sizes. Each wall receives full elevation drawings, which the company says removes the need for filler strips commonly used to close gaps in stock and semi-custom installations. The approach is intended for the range of kitchen layouts found across the region, from narrow rowhouse galleys in Georgetown and Dupont Circle to open-plan kitchens in Bethesda and McLean.

Cabinet construction pairs European doors, finishes, and Blum and Salice soft-close hardware with 18mm carcasses assembled locally. Available finishes include matte lacquer across the full RAL palette, wood veneers such as oak, walnut, and ash, Fenix NTM laminate, fluted and reeded fronts, brushed metal, and back-painted glass. Homeowners can also select concealed handle profiles, including J-pull, tip-on, and recessed options, along with drawer organization specified around the items they plan to store.

The program also covers tall integrated appliance walls that combine refrigeration, ovens, and pantry storage into one continuous run. The company coordinates panel-ready installations for brands including Miele, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Gaggenau, and Liebherr, working with appliance dealers on rough-in dimensions. Quartz, porcelain, and natural stone countertops are designed and templated together with the cabinetry.

Projects begin with a 90-minute consultation at the company’s showroom on Wisconsin Avenue NW, where clients review full-size finish samples. After a field measurement, Pannello prepares elevation drawings and a written specification. Fabrication typically takes three to five weeks once finishes are confirmed, followed by installation by the company’s own crew rather than subcontractors. According to the company, building carcasses locally while sourcing European components shortens lead times compared with the eight to twelve weeks often quoted for imported cabinetry.

Pannello also works with interior designers, architects, and builders, supplying CAD elevations, Revit blocks, shop drawings, and finish samples for collaborative projects. The company serves homes within roughly 30 miles of its showroom, including Georgetown, Foggy Bottom, Chevy Chase, Bethesda, McLean, and Arlington.
